Fabulous starter pack to kickstart Plastic Free Living! This is the perfect way to find out which wrap sizes you will use most. The one thing we know you will really love is how much longer your food stays naturally fresh.
The Small Wrap is great for covering jars, small bowls or even the top of a bottle of milk or wine after you have opened it. It will keep an avocado fresh, too.
The Medium Wrap is great for sandwiches, cheese or cookies, and covering leftovers.
The Large Wrap is great for a medium or half a loaf of bread or bowls and casseroles, or keep your leafy greens fresh for longer.
These are handmade in the Cotswolds (United Kingdom) using GOTS certified organic cotton and low impact dyes, organic jojoba oil, pine resin and local UK beeswax. All the beeswax is sourced from the UK, most of it from within a 30 miles radius of their workshop. They are a natural way to keep your food fresh. Use the warmth of your hands to seal around bowls, sandwiches and loaves of bread. The wraps can be reused for up to 1 year and will probably last a lot longer. Say goodbye to clingfilm forever.
Keeps your food super fresh - The combination of natural ingredients with the 100% organic cotton fabric allows these wraps to breathe, making sure your food stays fresher for longer.
Clingy but in a good way - Pine resin gives these wraps a natural adhesive making sure your food is sealed tight, the warmth from your hands helps mould the wraps to give a strong seal.
How to look after your wraps: In between use just wash in cold water with gentle washing up liquid (or washing up soap) and hang up to dry. After drying they are good to go again for the next sandwich, avocado or to cover leftovers from dinner. After a month or so just pop them in the oven to re pasteurise them and off you go again.
Ingredients: Organic cotton, UK beeswax, organic jojoba oil & pine resin.
Biodegradable & compostable: Once you have used your wrap to the max you can pop it in the compost.
100% recycled packaging, made from post consumer waste and manufactured in the UK. Please recycle the packaging, too.
Please note these wraps are flammable so keep away from naked flames. Do not use in the microwave or oven. Not suitable for raw meat or fish. Do not use to wrap hot food, make sure all food is cold before you use the wraps.
